1. The referred candidate must not have worked for any A24 Group agency in the last 12 months. For a referral fee to be paid, the candidate must meet the following conditions:

2. Temporary Role:

2.1 The candidate must complete a minimum of 200 hours of billable service within 6 months of being cleared to work for the A24 Group. Billable service excludes cancellation fees, on-call hours, and orientation, which do not count toward the 200-hour requirement. Once the 200 billable hours are completed, the referrer will be eligible for a £100 referral fee.

3. Permanent Role:

3.1 If the candidate is placed in a permanent role, the referrer will receive a one-time payment of £250. 
A24 Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this scheme at any time.

4. If a worker is referred by more than one source, the first referrer will be awarded any referral fee. A24 Group shall be the sole judge in determining this.

5. The referrer and the applicant will only be eligible for the A24 Group referral scheme for 90 days from the applicant completing the registration and compliance procedures (i.e., cleared to work).

6. The referrer and the applicant will both receive a gross fee (subject to PAYE and National Insurance) as set out above.

7. All referred candidates must be referred via our automated system, Staffing Referrals, in order to be awarded a referral fee.

8. Referral fees can change from time to time subject to agency demand.

The suitability of referred candidates is at the sole discretion of the A24 Group. The referred applicant must actively participate in and meet all criteria in our clearance process before becoming eligible for work. 

A24 Group is governed by data protection laws. Information regarding the applicant's clearance status, skills, and work history cannot be disclosed to the referrer. 

In the event of a worker being referred by more than one source, the first referrer will be awarded the referral fee. A24 Group will be the sole judge in determining this. All disputes should be referred to [email protected].
