Terms & Conditions
1. The referred candidate must not have worked or have registered with any A24Group agency and must perform the required hours of billable service (cancellation fees, on-call and orientation do not count as billable hours).
2. The referrer and the applicant are only eligible for the A24Group referral scheme for 90 days from the applicant completing the registration and compliance procedures, i.e. cleared to work.
3. Shifts undertaken for all A24Group medical agencies in the UK will apply. The agencies are currently trading as Ambition24hours Locum & Allied, Nursing Services of the UK, The British Nursing Association (BNA), Mayfair Specialist Nurses, Grosvenor Nursing but may vary from time to time.
4. A24Group reserves the right to modify or cancel this scheme at any time.
5. In the event of a worker being referred by more than one source then the first referrer will be awarded any referral fee. A24Group shall be the sole judge of this.
6. The referrer and the applicant will both receive a gross fee (likely to be subject to PAYE and National Insurance) as set out below:
6.1 If a GMC registered Doctor is referred to the A24Group and completes 50 hours with us the referrer is eligible for 500 pounds and the applicant is eligible for 250 pounds.
6.3 If a NMC registered Specialist Nurse or ODP is referred to the A24Group and completes 50 hours with us the referrer is eligible for 250 pounds and the applicant is eligible for 250 pounds.
6.4 If a NMC registered Nurse Gen RMN/RGN is referred to the A24Group and completes 50 hours with us the referrer is eligible for 180 pounds and the applicant is eligible for 180 pounds.
6.5 If a Dietician, Physiotherapist, Radiographer, Speech & Language Therapist is referred to the A24Group and completes 50 hours with us the referrer is eligible for 150 pounds and the applicant is eligible for 150 pounds.
7. All doctors must be GMC registered, Allied Professionals HCPC and Nurses must be registered with the NMC.
8. Specialist Nurses – RSCN, ITU, A & E, Theatre,CPN, Health Visitor, Midwife.
9. Suitability of candidates referred is at the discretion of the A24 Group, the applicant needs to actively participate in and meet all criteria in our clearance process.
10. A24Group is governed by the data protection laws. Applicant information regarding clearance, skills worked etc. cannot be disclosed to the referrer.
11. All referred candidates must be referred via our automated system, Staffing Referrals, in order to be awarded a referral fee. 12. All disputes should be referred to complaints@a24group.com.
13. Referral payouts may change from time to time due to agency demand.
